摘要
为了解胜任力、教学主观幸福感与心理契约的关系,探究教学主观幸福感在胜任力与心理契约间的中介作用,采用教师胜任力、教学主观幸福感、教师心理契约问卷对2300名中学教师进行调查。结果发现:教师胜任力、教学主观幸福感、心理契约显著正相关;教师胜任力能正向预测心理契约;加入教学主观幸福感变量后,教师胜任力对心理契约正向预测作用显著,教学主观幸福感在教师胜任力与心理契约间起部分中介作用。这一研究有助于深入理解教师胜任力促进教师心理契约良好履行的内在机制。
In order to understand the relationship between competency,teaching subjective well-being and psychological contract,and to explore the mediating role of teaching subjective well-being between competency and psychological contract,2300 middle school teachers were investigated using the Questionnaires of Teachers’ Competence,Teaching Subjective Well-Being and Teachers’ Psychological Contract.The results showed that:teachers’ competency,teaching subjective well-being and psychological contract were significantly positively correlated;teachers’ competency could positively predict psychological contract;teachers’ competency had a significant positive predictive effect on psychological contract after adding the variable of teaching subjective well-being;teaching subjective well-being played a partial mediating role between teachers’ competence and psychological contract.This study is helpful for understanding the internal mechanism of the effect of teachers’ competence on the good performance of teachers’ psychological contract.
