摘要 以精制鹿油、椰子油、芥花油为原料,添加金银花与白藓皮提取液,采用冷制法制备了一种鹿油抗菌手工家事皂。探讨了油脂比例、皂化时间及金银花提取液、白藓皮提取液添加量对鹿油抗菌手工家事皂相关指标及理化性质的影响。结果表明:鹿油抗菌手工家事皂油脂最佳配方为精制鹿油20.00 g、椰子油70.00 g、芥花油10.00 g,在该配方与40℃皂化温度条件下,加入质量分数为0.26 NaOH溶液50.00 mL、金银花提取液3.50 mL、白藓皮提取液1.50 mL制备的鹿油抗菌手工家事皂对大肠杆菌抑菌效果最佳,其次是对金黄色葡萄球菌,对枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌效果较弱。 Using refined deer oil,coconut oil,and canola oil as raw materials,a kind of handmade antibacterial household soap with deer oil was prepared by adding Lonicerae Japonicae Flos extract solution and Densefruit Pittany Root-bark extract solution.The effects of oil proportion,saponification time,amount of honeysuckle extract,and sheep fresh grass extract on the related indexes,physical,and chemical properties of handmade antibacterial household soap with deer oil were studied.The results show that the constitutents of the optimized oil formulation of handmade household soap with deer oil are:refined deer oil(20.00 g),coconut oil(70.00 g),and canola oil(10.00 g).With the use of the above oil formulation and at the saponification temperature of 40℃,the handmade household soap with deer oil prepared with sodium hydroxide solution(0.26 mass fraction)of 50.00 mL,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos extract solution of 3.50 mL,and Densefruit Pittany Root-bark extract solution of 1.50 mL has the strongest antibacterial activity on Herichia coli,followed by the Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.
