摘要
从人力资源供应链的供给侧来看,自身就业能力不足是大学生就业质量低下的最重要原因。本文通过对415名应届毕业生的就业调查,从个体层面回归分析探讨大学生就业困难的影响因素。研究结果表明,职业化能力、求职心态、求职信息准备、自我定位等几类因素是影响大学生就业能力的关键因素。提升大学生就业水平,应致力于大学生自身就业能力的培育与挖掘。
From the supply side of the human resource supply chain,the lack of employment ability is the most important reason for the low quality of college students’employment.Based on the survey of 415 fresh graduates,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students’employment difficulties from the individual level.The results show that the key factors affecting college students’employability are professional ability,job-hunting mentality,job-hunting information preparation,self-orientation and so on.To improve the employment level of college students,we should devote ourselves to the cultivation and excavation of their own employment ability.
