Research on Application of Seminar Teaching Method in Teaching of Management in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities

Seminar教学法从产生到现在,广泛运用在高校教学中,不仅能够提升学生的技术技能,而且能够提升学生的人际技能和概念技能。本文首先对Seminar教学法的内涵、特征和形式进行阐述;其次分析Seminar教学法在应用型本科高校管理学教学中运用的必要性;再次以铜陵学院管理学为例,介绍Seminar教学法在应用型本科高校运用的实践;最后指出Seminar教学法在应用型本科高校管理学教学中运用应注意的问题。

Since its emergence,Seminar teaching method has been widely used in universities,which can not only enhance students’technical skills,but also enhance students’interpersonal skills and conceptual skills.Firstly,this paper expounds the connotation,characteristics and forms of the Seminar teaching method;secondly,it analyzes the necessity of the application of the Seminar teaching method in the management teaching of the application-oriented colleges and universities;thirdly,it introduces the application of the Seminar teaching method in the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities with the Management Course of Tongling University as an example;finally,it points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of the Seminar teaching method in the management teaching of application-oriented colleges and universities.
