摘要
某石英型萤石矿石的CaF 2品位为44.38%,为高效开发利用该矿石资源,进行了选矿工艺研究。结果表明:矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占54%,油酸用量为1.5 kg/t、碳酸钠为600 g/t、水玻璃为400 g/t,浮选温度为30℃,搅拌调浆时间为7 min的情况下,采用1粗5精1扫闭路浮选流程处理,最终可获得CaF 2品位为97.15%、回收率为90.36%的优质萤石精矿。
The CaF 2 grade of a quartz type fluorite is 44.38%.In order to develop and utilize the resource efficiently,research on the mineral processing technology was carried out.The results show that:under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 54%,oleic acid dosage of 1.5 kg/t,sodium carbonate of 600 g/t,sodium silicate of 400 g/t,flotation temperature of 30℃,stirring and pulp mixing time of 7 min,the closed-circuit flotation process of one roughing,five lceaning and one scavenging finally,high-quality fluorite concentrate with CaF 2 grade of 97.15%and recovery of 90.36%can be obtained.
