聚乙烯亚胺官能化核-壳型磁性钴纳米粒/血红蛋白传感器制备及过氧化氢的测定

Preparation of the Co@C-PEI MNPs/Hemoglobin Modified Disposable Sensor for the Analysis of Hydrogen Peroxide

摘要 利用聚乙烯亚胺官能化核-壳型磁性钴纳米粒(Co@C-PEIMNPs)固载血红蛋白(Hb),在外加磁场的作用下修饰于丝网印刷电极(SPE)的表面,构建Hb/Co@C-PEIMNPs传感器(Hb/Co@C-PEI/SPE)。配合实验室自制的反应池,将Hb/Co@C-PEI/SPE用于H2O2的测定。结果表明,Co@C-PEIMNPs具有良好的稳定性、分散性及生物相容性,能促进Hb与电极间的直接电子转移,催化H2O2的还原。利用Hb/Co-@C-PEI/SPE测定H2O2,在3.0×10^-6~6.0×10^-3mol/L的浓度范围内呈线性关系(R=0.995),检测限(S/N=3)为1.37×10^-6mol/L。 A simple and novel method for determination of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)was established with modified screen-printed electrode(SPE)based on synthesized nanoparticle-poly(ethyleneimine)hybrid(Co@C-PEI MNPs)and hemoglobin(Hb).The Co@C-PEI MNPs showed good stability,dispersion and biocompatibility,which could maintain the biological activity of Hb and promote the direct electron transfer rate between Hb and SPE.The Hb/Co@C-PEI/SPE,using with laboratory-constructed cell,possessed good electrochemical catalytic effect towards H2O2 reduction.The proposed Hb/Co@C-PEI/SPE showed voltammetric responses with high and good sensitivity for Hb in optimal conditions.The peak current of Hb was proportional to the concentration in the range of 3.0×10^-6 to 6.0×10^-3 mol/L(R=0.995)with the detection limit of 1.37×10^-6 mol/L(S/N=3).
