摘要
以金属有机骨架(MOF)-101(Cr)纳米材料作为分散固相萃取吸附剂,结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS),对环境水体中非离子型分散染料进行定量分析。通过单因素试验,系统研究了材料用量、溶液pH值、洗脱剂种类、洗脱剂比例、洗脱剂用量、解吸和吸附时间对目标物萃取效率的影响。通过对影响因素的优化,于pH为6.0的溶液中引入8.0 mg MOF-101(Cr)作为吸附剂,以0.5 mL的乙醇∶二氯甲烷(1∶2,V/V)作为洗脱剂,吸附和单次解吸时间分别为7 min和0.5 min时,萃取效果最佳。将该方法应用于萃取实际水体中的分散染料,加标回收率在70.6%~93.5%之间,相对标准偏差低于9.4%。
The metal-organic framework(MOF-101)nanomaterial was applied to the concentration of nonionic disperse dyes in environmental water by disperd solid-phase extraction,which was then coupled with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)for quantitative analysis.The influencing factors including the MOF-101 amount,pH,eluent type,composition proportion,amount,desorption and extraction time were optimized by single-factor tests,and the optimal parameters were as follow:8.0 mg MOF-101,pH=6.0,7 min extraction time,0.5 mL eluent(ethanol∶dichloromethane=1∶2)and 0.5 min desorption time.The method was applied to the extraction of disperse dyes in actual water samples,and the recovery was between 70.6%-93.5%with RSD less than 9.4%.
