摘要 为定量衡量公交企业当前自身调度技术的智能化水平,并为其今后智能化升级方向提供指导准则,结合人工智能理论和公交智能调度技术的要求分析公交调度智能化的内涵,运用文献分析法初步选定公交调度技术智能化水平评价指标,再通过大规模问卷调查和主成分分析法定量筛选指标,然后采用结构方程模型验证指标体系的合理性并确定指标权重,最终建立包含智能感知、智能思维、智能行为3个维度共15个测量指标的公交调度技术智能化水平评价指标体系。研究得出结论:公交调度智能化水平评价指标体系的信度和结构效度良好,验证了理论假设模型;智能感知、智能思维、智能行为3个维度之间具有较高的相关性,公交调度智能化的发展应同时考虑此3个维度的相关因素;公交调度智能化水平评价指标体系的模型拟合度较好,其中智能感知的评价相对于其他指标显得尤为重要。 To quantitatively measure the intelligent level of the current self-dispatching technology of public transport enterprises,and provide guidelines for the future intelligent upgrading direction,based on the theory of artificial intelligence and the requirements of intelligent dispatching technology,this paper analyzes the connotation of intelligent dispatching technology of public transport,then quantitatively screens the index through large-scale questionnaire survey and principal component analysis method,and then uses the structural equation model to verify the rationality of the index system and determine the index weight,finally,the intelligent level evaluation index system of public transport dispatching technology with 15 measurement indexes including intelligent perception,intelligent thinking and intelligent behavior is established.The conclusions show that:the reliability and structure validity of the evaluation index system of intelligent level of bus dispatching are good,and the theoretical hypothesis model is verified;There is a high correlation between the three dimensions of intelligent perception,intelligent thinking and intelligent behavior,and the development of intelligent bus dispatching should consider the relevant factors of the three dimensions at the same time;The model fitting degree of the evaluation index system of intelligent level of public transport dispatching is good,in which the evaluation of intelligent perception is particularly important compared with other indexes.
