摘要
上海交通大学多学科交叉研究基金始终坚持以问题为导向,秉持需求指引、服务大局、激励创新、持续支持、特色发展、深度融合的发展思路,通过搭建虚实结合的载体支撑平台,构建协同完善的制度保障体系,建立科学合理的人才选拔、培养和激励机制等建设举措,形成了具有典型示范意义的学科交叉科研项目组织模式。实践表明,学科交叉科研项目的组织应以内外因协同为先决条件,以多渠道筹措资金为支撑条件,以汇聚优秀人才为关键核心,以创新管理机制为重要保障,进而切实解决人才资源缺乏、资金支持匮乏、配套机制障碍等困境。
The interdisciplinary research fund of Shanghai Jiaotong University always adheres to the problem-based approach,adheres to the development ideas of demand guidance,serving the overall situation,encouraging innovation,sustainable support,characteristic development and deep integration,and builds through the construction of carrier support platform of virtual reality combination,institutional guarantee system of collaborative improvement,scientific and reasonable talent selection,training and incentive mechanism.The organization mode of interdisciplinary scientific research project with typical demonstration significance has been formed,the practice shows that the organization of interdisciplinary scientific research projects should take coordination of internal and external factors as prerequisite,multi-channel financing as support,gathering of outstanding talents as key core,and innovation of management mechanism as important guarantee,so as to effectively solve the problems of lack of human resources,lack of financial support,and obstacles of supporting mechanism.
