摘要 为加快水利工程质量检测信息化进程,满足水利工程质量智慧检测和监管的需求,研究提出浙江省水利工程质量智慧检测顶层设计,开展浙江省水利工程质量智慧检测管理系统建设,包括系统建设目标、建设要求、系统组成等。该系统能够实现混凝土类、岩土类、金属结构类、量测类和机械类等五大类样品参数检测的实时传输、存储和统计分析,以及对样品取样、委托、检测等相关单位、检测人员、检测设备、检测人员行为和检测报告的服务及监管。具体阐析浙江省水利工程质量智慧检测管理系统各部分结构功能,通过总结其应用情况得到,智慧检测管理系统真正实现了浙江省水利工程质量检测业务集中式服务和检测过程监管,大大提高检测效率,推进浙江省水利工程质量检测信息化进程。 In order to speed up the information process of water conservancy project quality detection and meet the needs of intelligent detection and supervision of water conservancy project quality,this paper puts forward the toplevel design of water conservancy project quality in Zhejiang province,and carries out the construction of water conservancy project quality intelligent detection management system,including system construction objectives,construction requirements,system composition,etc.The system can realize the real-time transmission,storage and statistical analysis of five kinds of sample parameters,such as concrete,geotechnical,metal structure,measurement and mechanical,as well as the service and supervision of sample sampling,entrustment,testing and other related units,testing personnel,testing equipment,testing personnel behavior and testing reports.The paper analyzes the structure and function of each part of Zhejiang water conservancy project quality intelligent detection management system,by summing up its application,the intelligent detection management system has realized the centralized service and the inspection process supervision of the water conservancy project quality detection business in Zhejiang,greatly improved the inspection efficiency,and promoted the information process of the water conservancy project quality detection.
