摘要
清洁能源是当前我国能源转型战略的核心逻辑要素,与科技创新紧密相关。基于2014—2018年我国科技创新与清洁能源行业数据,采用熵值法和耦合协调模型分析发现,科技创新与清洁能源耦合度逐渐增强、稳步提升,却还不够充分,由此导致我国能源转型仍处于"口号大于实际行动"的爬坡阶段,需通过继续深化科技创新与清洁能源的耦合度弥补对能源转型的促进不足。并基于实证分析研判下一阶段以清洁能源为核心的能源转型浪潮会愈演愈烈,清洁能源具有广阔发展前景。
Clean energy is the core logical element of China’s energy transformation strategy,which is closely related to science and technology innovation.Based on the data of science and technology innovation and clean energy industry from 2014 to 2018 in China,through the entropy method and the coupling coordination model,this paper finds that the coupling degree between science and technology innovation and clean energy is gradually strengthened and steadily improved,but it is not enough.As a result,China’s energy transformation is still in the climbing stage of"slogan is more than actual action".It is necessary to continue to deepen the coupling degree between science and technology innovation and clean energy to make up for the lack of promoting energy transformation.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper studies and determines that the next stage of energy transformation with clean energy as the core will become more and more intense,and clean energy has a broad development prospect.
