摘要 研究总结新冠肺炎疫情中我国科技智库的工作经验有利于进一步推进我国高水平科技智库建设,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。介绍新冠肺炎疫情发生以来我国相关科技智库在疫情防控、复工复产和国际合作交流等方面作出的突出贡献,着重分析科技智库在决策咨询、应急管理、检测诊断和临床救治等方面所做的工作。分析科技智库的发展态势,剖析我国科技智库建设中存在的问题,围绕科技智库机制体制、前瞻性战略咨询研究、跨学科人才教育和培养、国际交流与合作等方面提出科技智库进一步发展的对策建议。 To study and summary the working experience of China’s science and technology think tank in the COVID-19 epidemic situation is conducive to further promote the construction of China’s high-level S&T think tank and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.This paper introduces the outstanding contributions made by relevant S&T think tanks of China since the outbreak of COVID-19 in the areas of epidemic prevention and control,resumption of production and international cooperation and exchange,and focuses on the work done by S&T think tanks in decision-making and consultation,emergency management,detection and diagnosis and clinical treatment.In addition,the paper analyzes the development trend and problems existing in the construction of S&T think tanks in China,further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of S&T think tanks in the aspects of mechanism system,forward-looking strategic consulting research,interdisciplinary talent education and training,international exchanges and cooperation,and so on.
