王居易经络诊察法调整太阴经治疗中老年慢性湿疹的临床研究

Clinical study on chronic eczema treatment by regulating Taiyin Channel based on Wang Juyi’s Applied Channel Theory

目的根据王居易教授经络诊察法,调整太阴经并以尺泽、阴陵泉为主穴治疗慢性湿疹,分析评价临床疗效。方法采用随机对照前瞻性临床研究,符合纳入标准的患者60例,其中对照组30例,予丁酸氢化可的松软膏(尤卓尔)外用,每日2次,用药3周;治疗组30例,在对照组基础上加针刺尺泽、阴陵泉穴,结合患者经络诊察情况加减配穴,每次30分钟,每周5次,连续3周,共治疗15次。通过湿疹面积及严重指数评分(EASI)、瘙痒程度视觉模拟评分(VAS)及随访复发率为观察指标,进行临床疗效评价。结果EASI评分:两种疗法均能改善慢性湿疹局部皮损(P<0.05),其中治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。VAS评分:两组均能改善慢性湿疹瘙痒症状(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后近期复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尺泽、阴陵泉为主穴调整太阴经治疗湿疹疗效确切,止痒效果显著,减低近期复发率,且方法安全可靠。

Objective By applying the prospective clinical randomized controlled method,Professor Wang Juyi’s method,regulating the Taiying Channel by using LU5 and SP 9 as main points to treat chronic eczema were analyzed.Methods A randomized controlled prospective clinical study was carried out in 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria,including 30 patients in the control group who were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment for topical use,twice a day for 3 weeks;30 patients in the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,were treated with acupuncture at the points of LU5 and SP9,30 minutes per session,5 times a week for 3 weeks The therapeutic effect was evaluated by eczema area and severity index(EASI),visual analog scale(VAS)and recurrence rate.Results EASI Score:The treatments of both groups could improve the local skin lesions(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS score:The treatments in both groups could improve the pruritus symptoms(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a better result than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the recurrence rate of short period,the control group was higher than the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regulating the Taiyin channel by using LU5 and SP9 as main points had clinical efficacy for eczema.The effect of antipruritic was significant,and the recurrence rate was reduced,all of which indicated that this method is safe and reliable.
