活血化瘀汤治疗老年脑梗死恢复期患者的疗效观察

Effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction on cerebral blood flow perfusion and nerve function reconstruction in the elderly patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period

目的探讨活血化瘀汤治疗老年脑梗死恢复期患者的疗效及对脑血流灌注、神经功能重建的影响。方法选择我院2018年5月至2019年7月收治的急性脑梗死恢复期患者80例。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予长春西汀治疗。观察组在对照组基础上给予活血化瘀汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后脑血流灌注指标(CBV、RI、Qmean、TTP)、神经功能重建因子(NGF、BDNF、Dny-A)变化及临床预后情况。结果治疗后,两组CBV、Qmean、NGF、BDNF均升高,RI、TTP、Dny-A均降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CBV、Qmean、NGF、BDNF均高于对照组,RI、TTP、Dny-A均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组预后良好率为92.50%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀汤可显著改善康复期脑梗死患者脑血流灌注状态,促进患者神经功能重建,临床疗效满意,值得应用和推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction on cerebral blood flow perfusion and nerve function reconstruction in elderly patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction in convalescent period from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected.Randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vinpocetine.The observation group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of CBV,RI,Qmean,TTP,NGF,BDNF,Dny-A and clinical prognosis were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CBV,RI,Qmean,TTP,NGF,BDNF and Dny-A between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,CBV,Qmean,NGF and BDNF increased,RI,TTP and Dny-A decreased(P<0.05);after treatment,CBV,Qmean,NGF and BDNF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,RI,TTP and Dny-A were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the good prognosis rate of the observation group was 92.50%(37/4),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the cerebral blood flow perfusion state of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage,promote the reconstruction of nerve function of patients,with satisfactory clinical effect,which is worthy of application and promotion.
