摘要 血液肿瘤是原发于造血器官并主要累及造血系统的高度异质性恶性疾病。传统的治疗手段主要包括放疗及化疗,但效果不佳。高通量基因测序技术及分子诊断技术的迅速发展为血液肿瘤的分型、危险度分层及治疗提供了理论依据,极大地推动了靶向治疗、免疫治疗、细胞治疗及造血干细胞移植技术的发展,并取得了较好的临床应用效果。基于患者的临床信息及危险度分层,选择合适的治疗药物,进行个体化治疗有利于提高患者的临床疗效,延长患者的生存期。 Hematological tumors are one of the most common malignant tumors with high heterogenicity originated from the hematopoietic organs, and mainly damage the hematopoietic system. Traditional treatment methods mainly include radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but their effects are limited. The development of high-throughput gene sequencing technology and molecular diagnostic technology provides a theoretical basis for the disease classification, risk stratification and individualized treatment of hematological tumors, which greatly promotes the development of targeting therapy, immunotherapy, cell therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation technology, and achieves good clinical application results. Based on the patients’ clinical information and risk stratification, selecting appropriate treatment drugs and performing personalized treatment are beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy of the patient and prolong the life of the patients.
