产学研互动与科技成果转化绩效——特定组织氛围的调节作用研究 被引量:1

The Moderating Effect of Focused Climate on the Relationship between Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Performance Conversion for Scientific and Technological Achievements

摘要 通过层次回归分析法,对杭州地区217家科技型企业的问卷调查数据进行统计分析,实证研究了产学研互动对科技成果转化绩效的影响作用,以及在不同特定组织氛围情景下,产学研互动对科技成果转化绩效作用效果的变化。研究结果表明,互惠知识分享、资源优化配置和最优同步行动均对科技成果转化绩效具有显著的促进作用,而特定组织氛围对产学研互动与科技成果转化绩效之间的关系具有调节效应,即特定组织氛围越好,产学研互动对科技成果转化绩效的促进作用越强。最后,指出研究对管理实践的启示,并对研究的理论意义与局限性进行了讨论。 According to the investigation coming from 217 technological companies in Hangzhou area,the effect of Industry-University-Research cooperation on performance conversion for scientific and technological achievements,and the moderating effects of the focused climate are studied by usinghierarchical regression analysis.The results suggest that reciprocal knowledge sharing,optimal allocation of resources and optimal synchronization of actions have positive effects on performance conversion for scientific and technological achievements.Additionally,focused climate has a moderating effect on the relationship between Industry-University-Research cooperation and performance conversion for scientific and technological achievements,which means the better the focused climate is,the more positive effects the reciprocal knowledge sharing,optimal allocation of resources,and optimal synchronization of actions have on performance conversion for scientific and technological achievements.Finally,the implications of the results to the management practice are discussed,and the theoretical significance and limitations of the study are discussed as well.
