摘要
目的:探究CICARE沟通模式在骨科优质护理中的应用。方法:选取2018年12月-2020年1月78例骨科患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组(n=39,常规说教沟通)和B组(n=39,CICARE沟通模式),比较两组依从性、护理满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:B组依从性评分、护理满意度均显著高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组SAS、SDS评分均低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科优质护理中应用CICARE沟通模式的效果显著,患者的依从性及护理满意度均较高,很少出现焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪。
Objective:To explore the application of CICARE communication model in high quality care of orthopedics department.Method:A total of 78 orthopaedic patients from December 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into the group A (n=39,conventional didactic communication) and the group B (n=39,CICARE communication model) by random number table method.The compliance,nursing satisfaction,self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating depression scale (SDS) scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The compliance scores and nursing satisfaction in the group B were significantly higher than those of the group A,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the group B were lower than those of the group A,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CICARE communication model in high quality care of orthopedics department has a significant clinical effect.Patients’ compliance and nursing satisfaction are high,and adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression are rare.
