摘要
目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术在喉乳头状瘤患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年8月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的喉乳头状瘤患者70例为研究对象。按照不同治疗方式,将采用常规手术治疗的患者纳入参照组(n=35),将采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗的患者纳入研究组(n=35)。观察对比两组患者的临床症状评分及并发症发生率情况。结果:研究组术前症状评分(15.36±2.24)分与参照组的(15.40±2.31)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后症状评分(3.41±1.13)分,低于参照组的(7.16±2.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率2.86%(1/35),明显低于参照组的17.14%(6/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用低温等离子射频消融术能够有效治疗喉乳头状瘤患者,改善患者的症状,而且安全性高。
Objective:To explore the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the clinical treatment of laryngeal papilloma.Method:A total of 70 patients with laryngeal papilloma who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,patients who were treated with conventional surgery were included in the reference group (n=35),and patients who were treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation were included in the research group (n=35).Observed and compared the clinical symptom score and complication rate of the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in preoperative symptom score between the research group of (15.36±2.24) points and the reference group of (15.40±2.31) points (P>0.05).The postoperative symptom score of the research group was (3.41±1.13) points,which was lower than (7.16±2.44) points of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was 2.86% (1/35),which was significantly lower than 17.14% (6/35) of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can effectively treat the patients with laryngeal papilloma,improve the symptoms of the patients,and has high safety.
