孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗婴幼儿喘息发作期的效果及对患儿潮气肺功能的影响

Effect of Montelukast Sodium in the Adjuvant Treatment of Infant Wheezing Episodes and Its Influence on the Tidal Breathing Pulmonary Function

目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗婴幼儿喘息发作期的效果及对患儿潮气肺功能的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月笔者所在医院呼吸科收治的喘息发作期患儿共110例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组使用布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施孟鲁司特钠联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效及潮气肺功能指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.36%,高于对照组的83.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后潮气肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗喘息发作期患儿效果显著,可有效改善患儿肺功能指标,值得进一步研究及推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Montelukast Sodium in treatment of infant wheezing episodes and its effect on the tidal breathing pulmonary function.Method:A total of 110 children with wheezing episodes admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with Budesonide,and the children in the observation group were treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and tidal breathing pulmonary function of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.36%,higher than 83.64% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the tidal breathing pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Montelulast Sodium as an adjuvant therapy for children with wheezing episodes has a significant effect,can effectively improve the pulmonary function indicators of children,and is worthy of further research and promotion。
