摘要
目的:探究腹腔镜手术联合肾上腺素水分离法治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及其对患者月经恢复及其性激素水平的影响。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年7月笔者所在医院收治的卵巢囊肿患者(n=122例)为试验对象,依照不同的治疗方法,将入选患者分为联合组与手术组,其中手术组(n=61例)行腹腔镜手术治疗,联合组(n=61例)在手术组的基础上联合肾上腺素水分离法治疗。观察两组患者的月经恢复时间、并发症及治疗前后的性激素水平。结果:联合组的月经恢复时间早于对照组,LH、FSH、总并发症发生率显著低于手术组,E2显著高于手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术联合肾上腺素水分离法应用于卵巢囊肿中具有理想的治疗效果,可显著缩短患者的月经恢复时间,对性激素的影响较小,有效减少并发症。
Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Epinephrine separation on ovarian cyst and its effect on menstrual recovery and sex hormone levels.Method:A total of 122 patients with ovarian cyst admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the experimental subjects.According to different treatment methods,the selected patients were divided into joint group and operation group,in which the operation group (n=61) underwent laparoscopic surgery,and the joint group (n=61) was treated with combined Epinephrine water separation on the basis of the operation group.The time of menstrual recovery,complications and the levels of sex hormones before and after treatment were observed.Result:The incidence of menstrual recovery time in the joint group was earlier than that of the operation group,and the LH,FSH,incidence of total complications in the joint group were significantly lower than those in the operation group,and E2 was significantly higher than that in the operation group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery combined with Epinephrine water separation has an ideal therapeutic effect in ovarian cyst,which can significantly shorten the time of menstrual recovery,has less effect on sex hormones,and effectively reduce complications.
