摘要
近年来,胃癌总体发病率呈缓慢下降趋势。由于生活水平的提高、卫生条件的改善、生活方式的变革等,胃癌的高危因素也逐渐变化。既往导致胃癌的主要危险因素——幽门螺杆菌的感染率下降,腌制食品摄入量减少,但是人口老龄化、肥胖、加工肉类和烤制食物等因素的致癌作用逐渐显现。目前,我国胃癌的早期筛查、诊疗和科普宣传工作稳步推进,但胃癌仍是威胁人类健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,且新时代下的胃癌“三级预防”仍面临严峻挑战。
In recent years,the overall incidence rate of gastric cancer has been slowly decreasing.Due to the improvement of living standards,the improvement of health conditions,the change of lifestyle and other factors,the high-risk factors of gastric cancer have gradually changed.The former main risk factors of gastric cancer-Helicobacter pylori infection rate decreased,and the pickled food intake decreased,however,the aging population,obesity,processed meat and baked food and other factors are gradually showing carcinogenic effects.At present,the early screening,diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in China has been progressing steadily,but gastric cancer is still one of the main malignant tumors threatening people′s health,and the"three-level prevention"of gastric cancer in the new era is still facing severe challenges.
