摘要
肺动脉高压是一种病因、病理复杂的临床常见疾病,其发病率呈逐年升高的趋势。当前,肺血管收缩和肺小动脉重构被公认为肺动脉高压的病理转归,但详细的病理机制仍未阐明。在肺组织中,非编码RNA可直接与信使RNA的编码或非编码序列结合,继而影响肺动脉平滑肌细胞或内皮细胞的功能,并最终影响肺动脉高压的进展。随着进一步了解非编码RNA在血管损伤、重构及调控肺动脉高压中相关通路中的作用,非编码RNA在PAH中的深入探究或将成为新的诊疗思路。
Pulmonary hypertension is a common clinical disease with complex etiology and pathogenesis,and its incidence is increasing year by year.At present,pulmonary vasoconstriction and pulmonary arteriolar remodeling are recognized as pathological outcomes of pulmonary hypertension,but the complete pathological mechanism has not yet been elucidated.In lung tissue,non-coding RNA can directly bind to the coding or non-coding sequences of message RNA,and then affect the function of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells or endothelial cells,and ultimately affect the progression of pulmonary hypertension.With the further understanding of the related pathways of non-coding RNA in vascular injury,remodeling and regulation of pulmonary hypertension associated pathways,the in-depth exploration of non-coding RNA in pulmonary hypertension may become a new diagnosis and treatment idea.
