摘要 干扰素基因刺激因子(STING)作为固有免疫系统的一个关键性接头蛋白,在宿主抵御外界病原菌的入侵中发挥了重要作用,同时STING又具有炎症分子的特征,与机体的炎症反应密不可分,尤其当STING的表达上调或其相关信号通路过度活化时,机体可能因过度炎症反应的产生而引起一些严重的感染性疾病、非感染性疾病以及自身免疫性疾病。因此,深入探究STING及其相关信号途径在炎症性疾病中的作用,有望为临床相关疾病的治疗提供新的途径。 Stimulator of interferon genes(STING)as a critical joint protein in the innate immune system,plays a vital role in the host against the invasion of external pathogens.At the same time,STING also has the characteristic of inflammatory molecules and is closely related to the host inflammatory responses.Especially,when STING is over-expressed or its related signaling pathways are over-activated,it may also cause excessive inflammatory responses of the host,resulting in some serious infectious diseases,non-infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases.Therefore,exploring the function of STING and its related signaling pathways in the inflammatory diseases is expected to provide a new approach for the clinical treatment of the related diseases.
