重载负荷下的燃气作动筒内弹道推力特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某军工项目为研究背景,建立内弹道模型,对燃气作动筒加载一系列的负载进行推力特性的定性定量研究。该套带高压室喷管系统的燃气作动筒装置,基于高压室壅塞流动和非壅塞流动的数学模型,采用Matlab中的Simulink模块进行程序搭建,以实例进行内弹道仿真计算,得到该燃气作动筒的内弹道参数和推杆推力的数值解,并对其结果进行定性和定量分析,得到燃气作动筒推力特性的一般规律,为燃气作动筒的工程应用提供了借鉴。 Based on the research background of a military project,the internal ballistic model is established to study the thrust characteristics of a series of loads loaded onto the gas actuator.In this paper,a set of gas actuators with high pressure bunker nozzle system is designed.Based on the mathematical model of congestion flow and unchoked flow in high pressure bunker,the program is built by using Simulink module in MATLAB,and the internal trajectory is simulated with an example,the numerical solution of the interior ballistic parameter and push rod thrust of the gas actuator cylinder is obtained.The results are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed,and the general rule of thrust characteristics of the gas actuator cylinder is obtained.It provides a reference to the engineering application of gas actuators.
