摘要
开展了聚能装药壳体对环形射流侵彻性能的影响研究,采用LS-DYNA有限元软件进行模拟仿真分析,讨论了不同厚度壳体、不同壳体材料工况下对环形射流威力性能的影响规律。基于爆轰波传播理论,较好解释了壳体厚度、材料对环形射流成型机理的影响规律,并给出了聚能装药内外壳体材料为钨,内外壳体壁厚比值为1.2时,环形射流兼顾开孔与侵深威力。
This paper studies the performance of shell thickness to hollow annular shaped energy warheads.The LS-DYNA software is used to study the influence of different thickness and materials to the annular shaped charge jet.Based on detonation wave propagation theory,the influence of the thickness of the cases and material on the forming mechanism of the annular jet is well explained.The inner cases material of the shaped charge is tungsten,while the wall thickness ratio of the inner cases is 1.2,the annular shaped charge jet combines the opening and the invading power.
