摘要
自密实混凝土由于其优越的性能而被广泛应用于各个构件及行业,但在目前自密实混凝土性能评价指标的数学方法领域缺乏相关数据和实际案例分析。本研究在自密实混凝土中掺入不同比例的2 000目滑石粉置换水泥,基于层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP),通过建立判断矩阵及评价矩阵,综合两个矩阵的结果对自密实混凝土性能进行优化评价,得到最优的配合比方案。层次分析法结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,滑石粉置换水泥掺量在5%时,自密实混凝土的工作性能可以得到较大程度的改善,该方法具有一定的科学性与可行性,可以帮助科研人员优化配合比,找出符合预期标准的方案。
Self-compacting concrete is widely used in various components and industries for its superior performance. However,the analysis on relevant data and practical case are wanted in the field of mathematical methods related to the performance evaluation index of self-compacting concrete. In this study,different proportions of 2 000 mesh talcum powder are added in self-compacting concrete to replace cement. Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),through establishing judgment matrix and evaluation matrix,the performance optimization of self-compacting concrete is evaluated by the comprehensive results of the two matrixes,and the optimal mix ratio scheme is obtained. The AHP results show that,in other cases with same conditions,the working performance of self-compacting concrete can be improved to a great extent when the content of talcum powder replacing 5% cement. This method is scientific and feasible,which can help researchers optimize the mix ratio and find out the scheme meeting the expected standard.
