摘要 近年来,钢板组合梁在国内桥梁中的运用越来越广泛。以湘府路项目交叉路口的节点桥为例,重点介绍大跨度变高钢板组合梁施工关键技术。施工方法:在预制场对钢板组合梁的钢梁进行二次拼装,分两次对混凝土桥面进行叠合,在预制场内进行厚度为10 cm的底层桥面板叠合,现场浇筑厚度为20 cm的顶层桥面板,最终形成完整桥面。此种类型大跨度钢板组合梁的施工减少了现场作业工作量,减轻了城市交通的压力,提高了施工效率。该施工技术充分体现了预制拼装工艺在工厂化、装配化、快速化施工方面的优势。 In recent years,steel plate composite beam is used more and more widely in China. The key technology on construction of long span steel plate composite beam with variable height is emphatically introduced by taking as an example the node bridge at the intersection of the Xiangfu road project. Construction method:The steel girder of steel plate composite beam is assembled twice in the precast yard,and the deck concrete is overlapped twice. The bottom deck slab with a thick of 10 cm is overlapped in the precast yard,and the top deck slab with a thick of 20 cm is cast in the scene to form a complete deck. Therefore,the construction of this type of long span steel plate composite beam not only reduces the workload of field operation and the pressure on urban traffic,but also improves the construction efficiency. In addition,the construction technology fully embodies the advantages of the prefabricated assembly process in terms of factory,assembly,and rapid construction.
