城市化进程的加快使人们对建筑工程建设提出了新的要求,即在资源紧缺的社会背景下要注重实现建筑工程建筑节能的发展。结合当前建筑工程建筑节能的必要性和发展中存在的问题,从设计和建设层面分析节能发展的优化对策,并详细阐述了建筑节能的技术措施及相关要求,以期为同类工程提供参考。

With the acceleration of urbanization,new requirements for the construction of constructional engineering are proposed,that is,the development of energy conservation in architectural engineering under the social background of resources shortage should be paid with more attention. Based on the necessity and existing problems of energy conservation measures in architectural engineering construction at present,the optimization strategies of energy conservation are analyzed from aspects of design and construction,and the technical measures and related requirements of architectural energy conservation are expounded in order to provide references for similar projects.
