摘要
《摄生要义》的作者认为养生应遵从《黄帝内经》等经典。该书的养生思想一是养生应注重存想、调气、导引、按摩等方法,持之以恒才能达到良好效果;二是重视脏腑调摄,并以脾肾为调养重点;三是饮食上要保持温暖,食后应听音乐、摩腹、慢步以助消化,避免暴饮暴食、五味偏嗜、醉酒露卧等不良习惯;四是选择地势高的地方居住以防湿邪,居处当固密以防风邪;五是性生活应当适度并避免不良的时机和环境;六是养生应顺应四时阴阳变化,才能保持健康,避免疾病发生。
The author of She Sheng Yao Yi believed that health-preserving should follow the Chinese medicine classics such as the Inner Canon of Huangdi.Summary of the book's thoughts of health-preserving includes:Health-preserving should unswervingly do exercises such as thinking,breathing,Qigong,massage.Attaching importance to spleen and kidney’s health-preserving.Having a warm diet,listening to music,massaging the abdomen and walking slowly to promote digestion.Avoiding bad habit of diet such as overeating,fondness of flavors,drunk and lying outside.Choosing high altitude to live to stay away from damp-evil and living in windtight houses to stay away from wind-evil.Moderate sexual life and avoiding bad time and circumstance.According to seasons to keep safe and avoid disease.
