基于数据挖掘研究壮医治疗类风湿关节炎的用药规律

Study on medication rule of Zhuang medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis based on Data Mining

目的:挖掘分析壮医治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的用药规律。方法:从文献和著作中筛选出壮医治疗RA的方剂并录入中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS V2.5),构建壮医治疗RA方剂数据库,采用TCMISS V2.5集成的频次统计、关联规则、新方分析等功能进行用药规律分析。结果:共筛选出壮医治疗RA的方剂271首,涉及药物575种,其中使用频次在19次以上的药物有22味,得到关联出现频次在19次以上的常用药物组合18个,核心药物组合8个及新方4首。结论:壮医治疗RA的药物药性多为温性,药味以辛苦居多,在组方上重视活血散瘀通络药物的应用,并适当搭配补虚药物,为治疗RA的临床用药及相关新药的研发提供参考。

Objective:To explore and analyze the medication rule of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of RA from the literature and the works were recorded in traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS V2.5)to construct the Zhuang medicine treatment prescription database of RA.The application of TCMISS V2.5 integrated frequency statistics,association rules,new party analysis and other functions for drug rule were analyzed.Result:A total of 271 prescriptions for RA were screened out,involving 575 drugs,22 of which were used more frequently than 19 times,18 common drug combinations,8 core drug combinations and 4 new prescriptions with more than 19 association frequency were obtained.Conclusion:The drugs used in the treatment of RA by Zhuang medicine are mostly warm,and the taste of the drug is mainly spicy and bitter.In the prescription,paying attention to the application of drugs for promoting blood circulation,dispersing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals in the formulation,and appropriately mixing with drugs for tonifying deficiency.It provides a new reference for the clinical treatment of RA.
