前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足临床疗效

Clinical Effect oF Alprostadil Injection on Diabetic Foot

目的分析前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足临床疗效。方法纳入符合糖尿病足诊断标准的78例患者进行观察,患者收治时间是2017年2月—2019年6月,该次应用计算机分组法随机将患者分成研究组和常规组,其中常规组患者采用红花黄色素治疗,研究组患者使用前列地尔注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的足部多普勒超声检查结果和治疗满意度。结果研究组患者治疗后足背动脉内径为(1.99±0.38)mm,足背动脉血流速度为(33.89±4.22)cm/s,ABI指数为(0.95±0.15),各项数据与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者足部愈合时间为(19.5±1.5)d,与常规组的(26.5±2.4)d比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗满意度达到了94.87%(37例),常规组为76.92%(30例),两组满意度数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足可以显著加速足部溃疡愈合,同时帮助促进足部血液循环,改善患者临床症状,提高患者满意度,使用价值高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods 78 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot were included for observation.The patients were admitted from February 2017 to June 2019.The patients were randomly divided into a research group and a conventional group using computer grouping.For safflower yellow pigment treatment,patients in the study group were treated with alprostadil injection,and foot Doppler ultrasound and treatment satisfaction results of the two groups of patients were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the inner diameter of the dorsal plantar artery was(1.99±0.38)mm,the velocity of the dorsal plantar artery was(33.89±4.22)cm/s,and the ABI index was(0.95±0.15).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the healing time of patients in the study group was(19.5±1.5)d,which was statistically significantly different from the(26.5±2.4)d in the conventional group(P<0.05);The satisfaction degree of the study gorup reached 94.87%(37 cases)and 76.92%(30 cases)in the conventional group.The difference in satisfaction data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot with alprostadil injection can significantly accelerate the healing of foot ulcers,and at the same time help to promote blood circulation of the foot,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and have high use value.
