尘肺病合并糖尿病患者肺内感染临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Pulmonary Infection in Patients with Pneumoconiosis Complicated with Diabetes

目的研究尘肺病合并糖尿病患者接受不同治疗方式后对病情的影响。方法在2016年1月—2019年2月期间,选取82例于该院收治的尘肺病合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和参照组,各41例。观察组采取精蛋白生物合成胰岛素持续输液治疗,参照组采取门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗,对比两组患者白细胞异常缓解时间、体温异常缓解时间、胰岛素用量、治疗有效率以及血糖水平。结果经治疗,观察组的白细胞异常缓解时间、体温异常缓解时间、胰岛素用量明显低于参照组(P<0.05);另外对两组患者的治疗有效率进行对比,数据对比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。最后比较两组患者的血糖水平,两组皆有明显下降,但观察组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论采取精蛋白生物合成胰岛素持续输液治疗尘肺病合并糖尿病可以明显提升治疗有效率,控制血糖水平,具体临床效果显著,有应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of pneumoconiosis patients with diabetes on the condition after receiving different treatments.Methods From January 2016 to February 2019,82 patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with diabetes admitted in the hospital were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and reference group,41 cases each.The observation group was treated with continuous infusion of protamine biosynthetic insulin and the reference group was treated with insulin aspart 30 injection.The abnormal remission time of white blood cells,abnormal remission time of body temperature,insulin dosage,treatment efficiency and blood sugar level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group's abnormal white blood cell remission time,abnormal temperature remission time,and insulin dosage were significantly lower than the reference group,statistically significant(P<0.05);in addition,the treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients was compared,the data comparison was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Finally,the blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared.Both groups had a significant decrease,but the observation group had a more significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous infusion of protamine biosynthetic insulin for the treatment of pneumoconiosis with diabetes can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and control the blood glucose level.The specific clinical effect is significant and has application value.
