探讨老年糖尿病合并肺炎采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合氨溴索治疗的临床效果

Explore the Clinical effect of Cefoperazone Sodium Sulbactam Sodium Combined with Ambroxol in the Treatment of Senile Diabetes with Pneumonia

目的研究老年糖尿病合并肺炎采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合氨溴索治疗的临床效果。方法抽取该院于2018年11月—2019年11月期间收治的100例老年糖尿病合并肺炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表达法划分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50),两组患者均接受头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,对照组在此基础上予以必漱平治疗方案,观察组在此基础上应用氨溴索治疗方案,对两组患者的治疗效果、症状消除时间及不良反应发生情况进行评价与对比。结果观察组治疗总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽咳痰、肺部啰音、退热时间均比对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于老年糖尿病合并肺炎开展头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合氨溴索治疗干预效果尤为显著,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,进而促进患者身体快速康复,改善预后效果,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium combined with ambroxol in the treatment of senile diabetes with pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with diabetes and pneumonia admitted in the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50)according to random number expression,patients in both groups received cefoperazone sodium sulbactam treatment,the control group was given Bishuping treatment plan on this basis,the observation group applied ambroxol treatment plan on this basis,the treatment effect of two groups of patients,symptom elimination time and Evaluation and comparison of the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the cough and sputum,lung rales,and fever reduction times in the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group and the control group had no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of cefoperazone sodium sulbactam sodium combined with ambroxol for elderly diabetes with pneumonia is particularly effective.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and then promote the rapid recovery of patients,improve the prognosis,and improve the quality of life,with clinical application value.
