维格列汀及阿卡波糖对老年糖尿病患者不良反应发生率及血糖水平的影响

Effects of Vildagliptin and Acarbose on the Incidence of Adverse Reactions and Blood Glucose Levels in Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的评价老年糖尿病患者用维格列汀及阿卡波糖治疗效果及对不良反应发生率、血糖水平的影响。方法取2018年2月—2019年5月该院收治的100例老年糖尿病患者进行研究,随机分为对照组、治疗组。对照组(50例)用维格列汀治疗,治疗组(50例)用维格列汀及阿卡波糖联合治疗,对比血糖水平、血清C肽水平、胰岛素指标、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组空腹血清C肽及餐后2 h血清C肽、空腹胰岛素指标及餐后2 h胰岛素指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者用维格列汀及阿卡波糖治疗,效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of vildagliptin and acarbose on the treatment of elderly diabetic patients and its effect on the incidence of adverse reactions and blood glucose levels.Methods From February 2018 to May 2019,100 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the hospital for research were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group(50 cases)was treated with vildagliptin and the treatment group(50 cases)was treated with vildagliptin and acarbose.The blood glucose level,serum C-peptide level,insulin index,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the fasting serum C peptide and 2 h postprandial serum C peptide,fasting insulin index,and 2 h postprandial insulin index were higher in the treatment group.Compared with the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly diabetic patients with vildagliptin and acarbose has obvious effects.
