手外伤合并糖尿病患者临床护理中优质护理干预的价值分析

Value Analysis of High-quality Nursing Intervention in Clinical Nursing of Patients with Hand Injury and Diabetes

目的研究优质护理干预应用于手外伤合并糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法在该院筛选出84例手外伤合并糖尿病患者,时间选为2018年10月—2019年10月,使用抽签法进行分组,分为两组,各42例,实施常规护理为参照组,实施优质护理干预为实验组,对比两组护理后临床效果。结果对比两组HbA1c、PBG、FBG,护理前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,实验组均低于参照组(P<0.05);两组VAS、SDS、SAS评分对比,护理前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,实验组均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论给予手外伤合并糖尿病患者在临床护理中实施优质护理干预可以显著改善患者疼痛情况,使其以更好的心态面对治疗,可以有效控制血糖,促使伤口愈合更快。

Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients with hand injury and diabetes.Methods 84 patients with hand injury and diabetes were screened in the hospital.The time was selected from October 2018 to October 2019.The lottery method was used to group them into 2 groups of 42 patients each.Implementing routine nursing as the reference group,implementing high-quality nursing intervention as the experimental group,and the clinical effects of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results Compared with HbA1c,PBG and FBG between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the experimental group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05);the VAS,SDS,SAS score comparison between the two groups,nursing There was no statistically significant difference between the first two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the experimental group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving high-quality nursing interventions to patients with hand trauma and diabetes in clinical care can significantly improve the pain situation of patients,make them face the treatment with a better mentality,can effectively control blood glucose.
