个性化营养指导在妊娠糖尿病患者的护理干预效果探究

Study on the Effect of Personalized Nutrition Guidance in Nursing Intervention for Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的探究个性化营养指导在妊娠糖尿病患者的护理干预效果。方法将该院2018年4月—2019年4月期间收治的70例妊娠糖尿病病足患者纳入研究,根据不同的护理方式将其分为常规组与营养组,每组35例。常规组采取常规护理干预;营养组在常规组的基础上采取个性化营养指导;观察两组患者的血糖、血脂、胆固醇水平变化、焦虑、抑郁情绪评分以及并发症发生情况。结果营养组的FPG、2 hPG、血脂及胆固醇水平均低于常规组;营养组焦虑、抑郁评分低于常规组;营养组妊娠期并发症发生率2.86%低于常规组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠糖尿病患者的护理干预中应用个性化营养指导,可以有效控制患者的高血压、高血脂水平,改善患者消极情绪,并且还能够减少并发症的发生,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nutrition guidance on nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational diabetic foot who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were included in the study,and they were divided into regular group and nutrition group according to different nursing methods,35 cases in each group.The routine group adopted routine nursing intervention;the nutrition group adopted personalized nutrition guidance on the basis of the routine group;observes changes in blood glucose,blood lipids,cholesterol levels,anxiety,depression mood scores and complications in the two groups of patients.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG,blood lipids and cholesterol in the nutrition group were lower than those in the conventional group;the anxiety and depression scores in the nutrition group were lower than those in the conventional group;and the incidence of pregnancy complications 2.86%in the nutrition group was lower than that in the conventional group 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nutrition guidance in the nursing intervention of gestational diabetes patients can effectively control the patients’high blood pressure and high blood lipid levels,improve patients'negative emotions,and can also reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the patient's prognosis.
