综合护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control and Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的对综合护理干预在2型糖尿病患者生活质量中的影响进行分析。方法抽取40例该院2016年5月—2017年11月收治的40例2型糖尿病患者为基础组,另抽取2017年12月—2019年5月收治的40例2型糖尿病患者为综合组;基础组、综合组分别施行常规护理、综合护理。对两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平及生活质量进行对比分析。结果综合组FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c水平均较基础组低;其各项SF-36生活质量评分则高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对2型糖尿病患者影响较大,其可有效改善患者血糖水平,并提升其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 40 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted from May 2016 to November 2017 in the hospital were selected as the basic group,and 40 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the comprehensive group;The basic group and the comprehensive group perform routine nursing and comprehensive nursing respectively.The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hpostprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the basic group;their SF-36 quality of life scores was higher than those in the basic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a greater impact on patients with type 2 diabetes,which can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients and improve their quality of life.
