整体护理对糖尿病患者胃癌根治术后心理情绪和满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Holistic Nursing on Psychological Emotion and Satisfaction of Patients with Diabetes after Radical Gastrectom

目的探究对行胃癌根治术糖尿病患者实施整体护理的效果。方法随机将2016年5月—2019年4月该院86例行胃癌根治术糖尿病患者分为对照组(43例,应用常规护理)、实验组(43例,应用整体护理)。对比两组鹿特丹症状量表评分、术后康复情况(术后首次排气时间、术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间)、并发症发生率及满意度。结果实验组干预后鹿特丹症状量表评分相比对照组明显更低(P<0.05);实验组术后首次排气时间、术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间相比对照组明显更短(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率(6.98%)低于对照组(27.91%)(P<0.05);实验组满意度(97.67%)高于对照组(81.40%)(P<0.05)。结论对行胃癌根治术糖尿病患者实施整体护理切实可行,效果较佳。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing care for diabetic patients undergoing radical operation for gastric cancer.Methods 86 patients with diabetes who underwent radical gastrectomy in the hospital from May 2016 to April 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(43 cases with routine care)and an experimental group(43 cases with overall care).Compare the Rotterdam Symptom Scale scores,postoperative rehabilitation status(first time of postoperative exhaustion,postoperative time of getting out of bed,hospitalization time),incidence of complications and satisfaction.Results After the intervention,the Rotterdam Symptom Scale score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the first postoperative exhaust time,the first postoperative bed activity time,and the hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group(6.98%)was lower than that in the control group(27.91%)(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the experimental group(97.67%)was higher than that in the control group(81.40%)(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible and feasible to implement holistic nursing for diabetic patients undergoing radical operation of gastric cancer.
