摘要 目的探究需要层次理论在儿童糖尿病护理中的应用方法和应用效果。方法选择2013年7月—2018年7月入住该院接受治疗的50例儿童糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数表分为试验组和对照组,各25例,对照组患儿给予常规护理干预,试验组患儿实施需要层次理论护理干预。比较干预前及干预2周后,两组患儿血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h-PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)]及治疗依从性[Ⅰ型糖尿病治疗依从性量表(DAS)]评分变化。结果干预2周后,两组患儿FPG、2 h-PG、Hb A1c评分较干预前均显著降低,且试验组明显低于同一时间对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿DAS各项评分较干预前均显著升高,且试验组明显高于同一时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论需要层次理论护理有助于维持糖尿病患儿血糖水平正常,改善治疗依从性,促进身体恢复。 Objective To explore the application method and application effect of hierarchy theory in children's diabetes care.Methods From July 2013 to July 2018,50 children with diabetes who were admitted to the hospital for treatment were selected as the research object.They were divided into a test group and a control group according to a random number table.Intervention,the children in the experimental group need to implement a level of theoretical nursing intervention.Comparison of blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2h-PG),glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)]and treatment compliance[type I diabetes treatment compliance Scale(DAS)]score changes.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the FPG,2 h-PG and Hb A1c scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before the intervention,and the test group was significantly lower than the control group at the same time(P<0.05);The item scores were significantly higher than before the intervention,and the test group was significantly higher than the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion The need for hierarchical theoretical care can help maintain normal blood glucose levels in children with diabetes,improve treatment compliance,and promote physical recovery.
