合并糖尿病危重症患者的营养支持护理研究

目的探析营养支持护理在合并糖尿病危重症患者护理中的应用效果。方法该次研究对象选取该院2018年10月—2019年11月收治的合并糖尿病危重症患者,共计70例。采用随机分配的方法,将35例患者分到对照组,另外35例分到观察组。将常规护理方法应用到对照组患者的护理工作中,观察组则在常规护理的基础上实施营养支持护理。两组患者接受不同方法护理后,观察和分析患者的临床状况,并详细记录临床中的各项数据,同时比较两组患者的护理效果。结果通过观察得知,在常规护理基础上实施营养支持护理的观察组,患者末梢血糖在不同时间是水平表现优于对照组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,观察组的治疗依从性要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在该研究中发现,将营养支持护理应用到合并糖尿病危重症患者的护理工作中,不仅能够提高护理水平和质量,而且对患者临床状况的改善有着积极作用,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of nutrition support nursing in the nursing of critically ill patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 70 critically ill patients with diabetes from October 2018 to November 2019 admitted to our hospital were selected for this study.Randomly assign 35 patients to the control group,and 35 patients to the observation group.The conventional nursing method was applied to the nursing work of patients in the control group,and the observation group implemented nutrition support nursing on the basis of routine nursing.After the two groups of patients received different methods of care,observe and analyze the clinical status of the patients,and record the clinical data in detail,and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results Through observation,we know that in the observation group who carried out nutrition support care on the basis of routine care,the peripheral blood glucose level of the patients was better than that of the control group at different times.There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups(P<0.05);In addition,the treatment compliance of the observation group is higher than that of the control group,which also has a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,it was found that applying nutritional support nursing to the care of critically ill patients with diabetes can not only improve the level and quality of care,but also have a positive effect on the improvement of patients'clinical conditions and have a significant effect.
