益气活血通络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效分析

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨中药方剂益气活血通络方对于糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月于该院就诊的糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者60例,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组常规西医治疗,研究组在西医治疗基础上加用益气活血通络方进行干预。结果研究组治疗后UCV(47.62±3.27)m/s,高于对照组(42.31±3.02)m/s;研究组治疗后SCV(52.87±4.33)m/s,高于对照组(49.21±4.20)m/s,差异有统计学意义(t=6.534、3.323,P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗基础上联用益气活血通络方较常规单纯西医治疗可显著提高糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果,提高感觉、运动传导速度,改善血糖水平。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Sixty patients with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a research group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the research group was based on Western medicine treatment,added Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe to intervene.Results The UCV(47.62±3.27)m/s of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(42.31±3.02)m/s;the SCV(52.87±4.33)m/s of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control(49.21±4.20)m/s,the differences are statistically significant(t=6.534,3.323,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Recipe on the basis of Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,improve the sensory and motor conduction speed,and improve the blood glucose level compared with conventional Western medicine treatment alone.
