参芪地黄汤与穴位贴敷联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction and Acupoint Application on Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨参芪地黄汤与穴位贴敷联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择2018年8月—2019年8月该院收治的80例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其随机分为两组,其中对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组患者采取基础治疗,研究组在此基础上应用中药参芪地黄汤与中药外敷贴穴位治疗。评价并对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后肾功能指标[尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素C(Cysc)、血肌酐(SCr)]的变化,以及两组不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗的总有效率95.00%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组BUN、Cysc与SCr水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应。结论参芪地黄汤与穴位贴敷联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with acupoint application on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Eighty patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,including 40 cases in the control group and the research group.The patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment.On the basis of this,the research group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction and acupoint application.Evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy,changes in renal function indexes[urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(Cysc),blood creatinine(SCr)]before and after treatment,as well as adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%higher than that in the control group75.00%(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of BUN,Cysc and SCr in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);No obvious adverse reactions were observed during this period in the study group and control group.Conclusion The combination of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction and acupoint application in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
