耳鼻咽喉疾病合并糖尿病患者应用健康教育卡的作用探讨

Application of Health Education Card in Patients with Otolaryngology and Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Diabetes

目的分析和探讨耳鼻咽喉疾病合并糖尿病患者应用健康教育卡的作用。方法选择该院(2016年4月—2019年4月)耳鼻咽喉疾病合并糖尿病患者(46例)作为研究对象,并采用“单双号分组”法分为对照组(23例)和观察组(23例),对照组患者采用常规宣教模式,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上,采用健康教育卡模式,对比两组患者的血糖改善情况、按时监测血糖情况以及住院时间。结果观察组的住院时间(15.58±3.54)d低于对照组(22.16±4.87)d,观察组出院时的空腹血糖(7.23±2.08)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(9.51±3.03)mmol/L优于对照组空腹血糖(9.68±2.54)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(11.83±4.45)mmol/L,出院时按时监测血糖占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育卡在耳鼻咽喉疾病合并糖尿病患者治疗中的作用显著,不仅能够提升患者按时监测血糖的概率,还能够大大缩短住院时间,改善患者的血糖水平,在临床上具有较高的应用价值和实践价值,值得普及。

Objective To analyze and discuss the application of health education card in patients with otolaryngology and diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetes.Methods Patients from our hospital(April 2016 to April 2019)with otolaryngology and diabetes mellitus(46 cases)were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group(23 cases)and an observation group using the"single and double number grouping"method(23 cases).The patients in the control group adopted the conventional education model.The patients in the observation group used the health education card model on the basis of the patients in the control group to compare the improvement of blood glucose in the two groups,monitor blood glucose on time and stay in hospital.Results The hospital stays of the observation group(15.58±3.54)d was lower than that of the control group(22.16±4.87)d.The fasting blood glucose(7.23±2.08)mmol/L of the observation group at the time of discharge from the hospital and the blood glucose level(9.51±3.03)mmol/L 2 h after the meal,better than the control group's fasting blood glucose(9.68±2.54)mmol/L and the 2h postprandial blood glucose level(11.83±4.45)mmol/L.The proportion of blood glucose monitored on discharge was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education card plays a significant role in the treatment of patients with otolaryngology and diabetes mellitus.It can not only improve the probability of monitoring blood glucose on time,but also greatly shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the blood glucose level of patients.It has high clinical application value and practical value,it is worth popularizing.
