摘要
紫草是极具应用价值的传统中药,主要活性成分为紫草素。采用中空纤维膜从紫草中提取紫草素,以膜通量和截留率为考察指标,研究了温度、压力、料液投加量、运行时间等因素对中空纤维膜分离性能的影响,同时结合紫草素的活性特性以及中空纤维膜适用的工艺条件,筛选适用于紫草素的膜法提取工艺。研究表明:在温度30℃,压力0.1 MPa,10 g紫草粉浸入75%乙醇溶液1 L的条件下,中空纤维膜能够稳定高效地提取紫草素。这为工业化膜法提取紫草素提供了参考依据。
Arnebia euchroma is a traditional Chinese medicine with great application value,and the shikonin is main active ingredient.Hollow fiber membrane was applied to extract shikonin from Arnebia euchroma.The effects of temperature,pressure,dosage and runtime on the separation performance of hollow fiber membrane were studied by taking membrane flux and rejection rate as inspection indexes.At the same time,a membrane extraction process suitable for shikonin was selected by integrating the active characteristics of shikonin and the applicable process conditions of hollow fiber membrane.The study shows that under the conditions of temperature 30℃,pressure 0.1 MPa,10 g shikonin powder immersed in 1L of 75%ethanol solution,the hollow fiber membrane can stably and efficiently extract shikonin.This provides a reference for industrial membrane extraction of shikonin.
