摘要
应用物联网技术自主研发新型积水监测设备,在天津城区易积水地方安装自动积水监测点,通过传感器实时获取积水监测数据。基于web GIS技术,采用B/S、C/S混合架构设计,建成天津城市积水监测及内涝风险预警推送系统。在PC端实现积水深度监测、降雨量监测、精细化降水预报、雷达图等数据的充分融合,在线管理积水检测设备运行、实时监测积水监测站点的积水深度,同时通过手机APP实现了基于位置的积水实况以及基于机器学习得到的积水预测实时推送,为政府部门和公众提供服务。
The Internet of Things technology was applied to independently develop a new type of water accumulation monitoring equipment.Automatic water accumulation monitoring stations were installed in areas prone to water accumulation in the urban area of Tianjin,and real-time water accumulation monitoring data were obtained through sensors.Based on web GIS technology and adopting B/S and C/S mixed architecture design,Tianjin urban water accumulation monitoring and waterlogging risk early warning push system was built.On the PC end,the full integration of data such as water depth monitoring,rainfall monitoring,refined precipitation forecasting,and radar charts was implemented to manage the operation of water monitoring equipment online,and monitor the water depth of water monitoring stations in real time.In addition,through mobile APP,the real-time push of location-based water accumulation situation and water prediction based on machine learning was realized to provide services for government departments and the public.
