传统的汽车零部件质量控制常常利用事后检验的方法进行质量管理,统计过程控制(SPC)则在企业质量管理中将事后把关转为事前预防,显著降低了产品不良率和生产成本。通过介绍SPC原理,结合公司产品——制动卡钳,重点阐述了生产过程中特殊尺寸的X-R Chart控制图技术,分析了SPC在生产过程质量管控中的作用,并针对生产过程中的实际情况提出改进建议,以期在企业质量管理中,灵活推广应用SPC,从而获得更好的效益。

Traditional quality control of auto parts often uses post-inspection methods for quality management,while statistical process control(SPC)converts post-inspection into pre-prevention in enterprise quality management,which significantly reduces product defect rates and production costs.By introducing the principle of SPC and combined with the company's product-brake caliper,this paper focuses on the X-R control chart technology of special characteristic size in the production process.The role of SPC in the quality control of production process is analyzed,and improvement suggestions are put forward according to the actual situation in the production process,so as to promote and apply SPC flexibly in enterprise quality management,and obtain better benefits.
