孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果及肺功能分析

Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide on Children with Cough Variant Asthma Gas and Lung Function

目的分析孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果及肺功能分析。方法方便选择2018年7月—2019年7月该院收治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿100例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例给予布地奈德治疗,研究组50例在对照组基础上加入孟鲁斯特钠治疗,对两组治疗效果、肺功能及不良反应进行比较。结果研究组总有效率92.00%比对照组高(χ^2=3.843,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组MMF、FEV1及FEV1/FVC指标均优于对照组(t=11.123、8.302、7.018,P<0.05);研究组患儿皮疹、头痛、腹痛等不良反应发生率为4.00%,比对照组低(18.00%)(χ^2=5.005,P<0.05)。结论孟鲁斯特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘,不仅能改善患儿肺功能,还能够减少其不良反应发生,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide on children with cough variant asthma and lung function.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,100 children with cough variant asthma were convenient admitted to our hospital,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received 50 cases of budesonide treatment and the study group received 50 cases.On the basis of the group,montelukast sodium treatment was added to compare the treatment effect,lung function and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%higher than the control group(χ^2=3.843,P<0.05);after treatment,the MMF,FEV1,and FEV1/FVC indicators of the study group were better than the control group(t=11.123,8.302,7.018,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions such as rash,headache,and abdominal pain in the study group was 4.00%,which was 18.00%lower than that in the control group(χ^2=5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of montelukast sodium and budesonide in children with cough variant asthma can not only improve the lung function of children,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and clinical use.
