经皮椎体形成术治疗老年性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效探究

Percutaneous Vertebroplasty for the Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的探讨经皮椎体形成术治疗老年性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效。方法方便选择2016年1月—2019年6月该院收治的80例老年性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者纳入此次研究工作,采用随机数字表法的方式将其划分成两组,命名为经皮椎体形成术组与保守治疗方案组,各有40例。保守治疗方案组接受保守方法治疗,经皮椎体形成术组接受经皮椎体形成术治疗。比较两组患者恢复时间、并发症发生率、胸腰椎视觉模拟疼痛评分、生活质量。结果经皮椎体形成术组恢复时间(6.21±1.21)d短于保守治疗方案组(28.56±2.59)d(t=15.761,P<0.05)。治疗前经皮椎体形成术组胸腰椎视觉模拟疼痛评分、生活质量(6.27±2.15)分,(68.12±2.11)分,保守治疗方案组胸腰椎视觉模拟疼痛评分、生活质量(6.12±2.02)分、(68.12±2.01)分(t=0.856、0.134,P=0.155);治疗后经皮椎体形成术组胸腰椎视觉模拟疼痛评分、生活质量(1.32±0.31)分,(80.12±2.18)分,保守治疗方案组胸腰椎视觉模拟疼痛评分、生活质量(4.21±1.42)分,(90.12±2.66)分(t=13.213、8.943,P=0.000)。经皮椎体形成术组并发症总发生率1例(2.50%)低于保守治疗方案组10例(25.00%)(χ^2=8.538,P<0.05)。结论治疗老年性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,采用经皮椎体形成术创伤少,恢复快,患者的并发症少,可减轻疼痛和改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods Eighty elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted from January 2016 to June 2019 in the hospital were convenient selected for this study.They were divided into 2 groups using random number table method and 40 cases in the percutaneous vertebroplasty group and the conservative treatment plan group each.The conservative treatment group received conservative treatment,and the percutaneous vertebroplasty group received percutaneous vertebroplasty.The recovery time,incidence of complications,thoracolumbar spine visual analog pain score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of the percutaneous vertebroplasty group was(6.21±1.21)d shorter than that of the conservative treatment group(28.56±2.59)d(t=15.761,P<0.05).Before treatment,the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae visual analogue pain score and quality of life(6.27±2.15)points,(68.12±2.11)points,conservative treatment group thoracic and lumbar vertebrae visual analogue pain score,quality of life(6.12±2.02)points,(68.12±2.01)points(t=0.856,0.134,P=0.155);after treatment,the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae visual analog pain score and quality of life(1.32±0.31)points,(80.12±2.18)points,conservative treatment plan group thoracolumbar spine visual analog pain score,quality of life(4.21±1.42)points,(90.12±2.66)points(t=13.213,8.943,P=0.000).The total incidence of complications in the percutaneous vertebroplasty group 1 cases(2.50%)was lower than that in the conservative treatment group 10 cases(25.00%)(χ^2=8.538,P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,percutaneous vertebroplasty has less trauma,faster recovery,and fewer complications for patients,which can reduce pain and improve quality of life.
