鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术对鼻息肉患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Intranasal Ethmoid Sinus Resection Combined with Nasal Polypectomy in Patients with Nasal Polyps

目的观察鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术对鼻息肉患者的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2017年7月—2019年7月收治的198例鼻息肉患者为该次研究对象,按照是否行鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术将所有患者分为对照组(99例:未行上述联合手术方法,单一行鼻息肉摘除术)与实验组(99例:行鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术),比较两组患者预后效果。结果实验组患者术后4周入院复诊总有效率(92.93%),对照组患者术后4周入院复诊总有效率84.85%以及患者对临床治疗效果满意度:实验组效果满意度(95.96%),对照组效果满意度(88.89%),实验组患者均高于对照组(χ^2=4.273、4.534,P<0.05)。并发症发生率(6.06%)低于对照组并发症发生率12.12%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.200,P<0.05)。结论鼻息肉患者鼻内筛窦切除术联合鼻息肉摘除术治疗效果明显优于单一鼻息肉摘除术。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intranasal ethmoid sinus resection combined with nasal polypectomy in patients with nasal polyps.Methods A total of 198 patients with nasal polyps admitted to the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were convenient selection included in this study.All patients were divided into control groups(99 patients:without the above combined surgical method,a single nasal polypectomy was performed)and the experimental group(99 cases:intranasal ethmoidectomy combined with nasal polypectomy)was used to compare the prognostic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group who were admitted to the hospital 4 weeks after surgery(92.93%),the total effective rate of the patients in the control group who were admitted to the hospital 4 weeks after surgery was 84.85%,and the satisfaction of the patients with the clinical treatment effect:the satisfaction of the experimental group(95.96%)The satisfaction rate of the control group(88.89%)was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(χ^2=4.273,4.534,P<0.05).The incidence of complications(6.06%)was lower than that of the control group,12.12%,and the data difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.200,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of intranasal ethmoid sinus resection combined with nasal polypectomy in patients with nasal polyps is significantly better than that of single nasal polypectomy.
