盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment to Chronic Periodontitis

目的分析盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎的应用价值。方法在该院患者中便利选取2018年2月—2019年2月共100例慢性牙周炎患者作为该次研究对象,以电脑随机的方法将患者分为两组,即对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规的治疗方式加上对患者的炎症部位应用复方碘甘油治疗,实验组则在常规治疗的基础上对患者的牙周炎部位涂抹盐酸米诺环素软膏。治疗结束后,对患者治疗的效果、患者满意度、患者的睡眠质量以及患者的牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、牙齿松动程度(TM)指标进行调查,分析结果。结果实验组慢性牙周炎患者在治疗后的疗效有效率(94%)高于对照组慢性牙周炎患者有效率(78%)(χ^2=5.310,P<0.05)。实验组慢性牙周炎患者的治疗满意度(92%)也高于对照组慢性牙周炎患者满意度(72%)(χ^2=6.770,P<0.05)。实验组慢性牙周炎患者的睡眠质量高于对照组慢性牙周炎患者睡眠质量(P<0.05);实验组慢性牙周炎患者的GI、PD、TM指标高于对照组慢性牙周炎患者GI、PD、TM指标(P<0.05)。结论采用盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎患进行治疗可以有效提升慢性牙周炎患治疗有效率,提高慢性牙周炎患的总体满意度,有助于改善患者的睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze the application value of minocycline hydrochloride ointment to chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic periodontitis from February 2018 to February 2019 were convenient selected as the research subjects in the hospital,and they were divided into two groups in half by computer random method,namely control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment plus compound iodine-glycerol treatment on the patient's inflammatory site,while the experimental group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment on the patient's periodontitis on the basis of conventional treatment.After the treatment,the patient's treatment effect,patient satisfaction,patient's sleep quality,and patient's gingival index(GI),periodontal pocket depth(PD),tooth looseness(TM)index were investigated,and the results were analyzed.Results The curative effect of chronic periodontitis patients in the experimental group(94%)was higher than that of the control group(78%)(χ^2=5.310,P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of patients with chronic periodontitis in the experimental group(92%)was also higher than that in the control group(72%)(χ^2=6.770,P<0.05).The sleep quality of patients with chronic periodontitis in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The GI,PD and TM indexes of patients with chronic periodontitis in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minocycline hydrochloride ointment for the treatment of chronic periodontitis can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of chronic periodontitis patients,improve the overall satisfaction of chronic periodontitis patients,help to improve the quality of sleep patients,the patient's indicators have improved.
